1、植物抗病反应的分子机制;
2、新型植物免疫活性物质的解析与制备;
3、植物有益微生物的筛选及应用。

2、“阳光玫瑰”葡萄果实采后抗病制剂筛选及其在低温条件下的应用,农业农村部农产品贮藏保鲜重点实验室,3万元,主持,2022年立项。
3、砂糖橘采后生防菌的筛选及其提高果实抗病机制研究,广西康养食品科学与技术重点实验室,3.5万元,主持,2022年立项。
4、水通道蛋白基因PIPs在柑橘采后贮藏期的生物学功能及其调控机制,国家自然科学基金委员会,60万元,参与,2018年立项。
5、纽荷尔脐橙突变体“赣南一号”果实表面脂质组和CsHD-ZIP转录因子功能分析,国家自然科学基金委员会,65万元,参与,2018年立项。
